These terms govern your use of violane.studio and any services booked through it. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to the following.

Our services

Violane offers crystal alchemy sound healing sessions and plant-led nutrition coaching. Services are provided by Saskia Gay Garrido, a sole trader, certified crystal bowl sound healer (CMA accredited, Level 1 and 2) and a plant-based nutrition coach (Ecodemy).

Sound healing and nutrition coaching are complementary wellness services. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking.

Bookings

All sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Sound healing contraindications
Sound healing is not recommended for people with epilepsy, a pacemaker, or during the first trimester of pregnancy. It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions before your session.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion

  • No-shows are non-refundable

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at resonate@violane.studio or use the link in your booking confirmation email.

Payments

Sessions may be paid for using the following methods:

  • Card payments processed securely via Stripe through Acuity Scheduling

  • PayPal

  • Revolut — payment details will be shared with you directly upon booking confirmation

  • Apple Pay — available where supported through Stripe

All prices are listed in euros EUR for clients based in Ireland. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images and brand identity — is the property of Violane and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Violane is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from participation in our services, except where required by law. Participation in sound healing sessions and nutrition coaching is undertaken at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumer protection law applies where relevant.
