When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any details you share in your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you.

When you book a session
Bookings are managed through Acuity Scheduling. When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number and relevant details about your appointment. This information is used to confirm and manage your booking. Acuity Scheduling's privacy policy can be found at acuityscheduling.com.

When you make a payment
Payments may be processed through one or more of the following providers, depending on the method you choose:

We do not store your payment details. Each provider processes your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy, linked above.

When you sign up to our mailing list
If you choose to join our email list, we collect your email address and, where provided, your name. We use this to send you updates about new offerings, events and occasional notes from the practice. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely through Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. We do not share your personal data with third parties except the service providers named in this policy — Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, and Stripe — who process it solely to help us operate this website and deliver our services.
