A sanctuary when the waters are stormy
Hi,
I’m Saskia!
For years, the creative industry was the centre of my life. I loved it completely, and slowly, it was making me sick.
I know intimately what it costs to produce constantly. The invisible weight of endless innovation. The quiet panic of running on empty while pretending everything is fine. Somewhere in that frantic rush, I lost my connection to my own spark entirely. Living on autopilot, trapped inside a definition of success that left my soul completely dry.
Stopping was the hardest thing I ever did. And the most rewarding.
I found my way home through the stillness of sound healing and the grounding, restorative power of plants. What I found there was a deeper knowing. The kind that gives you the courage to make life-altering decisions guided by faith rather than fear.
Throughout my life and career, friends and colleagues would often say the same thing:
"No matter what happens, your energy always stays
sooo calm."
For a long time,
I didn't understand
that this is a gift.
Now I do.
In a world spinning at a pace that leaves most of us breathless, holding a space of genuine stillness is what I do. Somewhere you can feel held, step out of survival mode, and remember who you actually are beneath the noise.
I am not here to lecture you, hand you a rigid set of rules, or ask you to be anything other than exactly who you are. My deepest intention is to hold a steady, unshakeable space of calm so your inner waters can settle, and you can begin to remember your own forgotten magic.
And the magic of the extraordinary universe we share.
The stone behind the name.
Violane is a rare, powder-blue to violet variety of diopside, found deep within the earth and not easily encountered. The quality of that depth is what gave this work its name.
Violane works gently. It carries a soft, twilight-like mood, the kind that allows your eyes to adjust naturally to the dark so you can begin to see the strange jewels Elizabeth Gilbert promises are buried deep within us all.
Violane is traditionally associated with strengthening the connection between the heart and the throat. Between what we feel most deeply, and how we choose to live and speak from that feeling outward. When those two things are in alignment, choices become clearer. Words become truer. The life we are actually living begins to resemble the one we feel, somewhere underneath everything, that we were meant to be living.
